With SRB Sragen Regent Hearings

Director of SRB Sragen, Sunaryo, explained that there are 9 procedures that must be held to establish a legal entity Limited Liability Company (PT) including SRB, among others:
1. Draft deed including draft articles of association or articles of association
2. List of shareholders and the details of each - each accompanied dengandokumen shareholding required
3. List of candidates for the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and a member of the Sharia Supervisory Board together with the required documents
4. Plan organizational structure and name - the name of the candidate Executive Officer
5. The feasibility study on market opportunities and economic potential
6. Business plan (business plan)
7. Including systems and procedures handbook (manual) a complete and comprehensive
8. Proof of payment of capital no less than 30% (thirty percent) of the paid-up capital
9. Statements from shareholders about the source of payment of capital
Sunaryo added 9 points if it has been held that the Bank would have to process the appropriateness of these requirements and provide answers at - least 60 (sixty) days. If the parties have agreed to the terms BI is then a period of time not long establishment Magetan SRB will be done. (Nit)
